Minerva Sustainable Extra Virgin Olive Oil

An extra virgin olive oil exclusively from certified producers who follow Good Agricultural Practices towards Sustainable Development. MINERVA, in collaboration with and under the supervision of the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania (MAICH), aims to further develop an integrated management model, emphasizing on the sustainability of oil production while providing the consumer with safe and pure Greek olive oils.

It has a pleasant aroma of freshly cut olives and intense fruity flavour. The acidity is usually between 0.1 to 0.6% and does not exceed 0.8% (legal limit for extra virgin olive oil).

Adds a rich and intense flavour & aroma to salad dressings, vegetables, pasta sauces, marinades & bread. You can serve fresh, or as a condiment.
