P.D.O Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil

For 1 portion
2 bass fish fillets
spinach
rocket
4-5 small tomatoes
1 fresh onion
dill
P.D.O Kalamata extra virgin olive oil
white wine
1 Lightly fry the fillet
2 Cook for 2-3 minutes in 180°C oven
3 In a frying pan lightly fry the onion, the small tomatoes, the spinach and the rocket with P.D.O Kalamata extra virgin olive oil
4 Douse with white wine
5 Add seasoning and set up the dish in a round pan
6 First put the fillets and on top add the lightly fried vegetables
