Calf Talita with rocket and cherry tomatoes

2 strip steaks (250gr each)
1 tblsp finely chopped thyme
1 tblsp finely chopped rosemary
2 bunches of rocket
4 tblsps Horio Organic olive oil
10 cherry tomatoes
1 tblsp grated Parmesan
20-30 ml TOP Balsamic Cream
2 pinches of semi-coarse salt
Fresh green pepper

 

1 Oil steaks with 1 tblsp of olive oil, season and sp rinkle with herbs.
2 Grill on a heated pan for 10 minutes over high heat.
3 In a bowl place rocket, cherry tomatoes and rest of  olive oil, mix and serve in two dishes.
4 Slice steak into thin slices and place in serving dishes.
5 Sprinkle salad with Parmesan and each dish with Balsa mic cream.
