Chicken curry

Chicken curry
1 kilo chicken breast
1 orange bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 tbsp Minerva margarine with Greek olive oil
3 tbsps Minerva extra virgin olive oil
2 medium onions
2 tbsps curry powder
500 g creme fraiche
salt, pepper
1 Put Minerva extra virgin olive oil and Minerva margarine with Greek olive oil in a pot and add the onion cut in rings
2 Then add the chicken cut in cubes
3 When the chicken cubes turn white, add 2 cups water and let simmer
4 Before all water evaporates, add the bell peppers cut in strips
5 When the chicken is completely done, add the creme fraiche, the curry and salt and pepper. Accompanied with white long grain rice.
