Homemade Chocolate Sauce with Balsamic Cream

For the chocolate sauce

30 gr dark chocolate, chopped
3 tablespoons (45 ml) TOP balsamic cream
1 tablespoon (15 ml) brown sugar

 

For serving

250 gr strawberries, hulled and cut in half
150-300 gr Greek strained yogurt

 

1 For the chocolate sauce: Heat all the ingredients in a bowl over boiling water (bain marie), until the sugar has melted. Let cool.
2 To serve: Divide the yogurt and strawberries between individual serving bowls. Drizzle the sauce over the top.
