Sweet and sour pork fillets

1 tenderloin in washers
30 ml TOP Balsamic vinegar with thyme honey
1 finely chopped garlic clove
2 tblsp Horio Sustainable olive oil
1 tblsp plum marmalade
Salt, pepper
1 Mix all ingredients. Leave pork fillets in this marinade in room temperature for 30 minutes.
2 Preheat oven at 220 C and bake fillets with their marinade for 10 minutes.

Tip: Serve with basmati rice.
