Combine finely chopped onions and parsley and rub tuna fillets with mixture |

Place fish in pan |

Place a slice of tomato over each fillet and spread diced tomato around tuna |

Sprinkle each fillet with oregano, salt and pepper |

Drizzle fillets with P.D.O. Kalamata olive oil and lemon juice |

Bake in oven at 180oC for about 50-60 minutes or until fish is soft and flaky. |
