Description
Our Feta P.D.O. Cheese is certified as a Protected Designation of Origin product. It is made from 100% pure, Greek sheep and goat milk, from selected herds in the Greek countryside and is matured for at least 4 months. Cheese-making follows a traditional ancient recipe and the cheese I allowed to mature and achieve its full-bodied texture and rich, unique flavor.
Usage/Occasion
Ideal for salads, cheese or chicken pies, pizzas, soups and other dishes.
