Calf Talita with rocket and
Lunch or Dinner
- 2 strip steaks (250gr each)
- 1 tblsp finely chopped thyme
- 1 tblsp finely chopped rosemary
- 2 bunches of rocket
- 4 tblsps Horio Organic olive oil
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tblsp grated Parmesan
- 20-30 ml TOP Balsamic Cream
- 2 pinches of semi-coarse salt
- Fresh green pepper
Step by step directions
Oil steaks with 1 tblsp of olive oil, season and sp rinkle with herbs.
Grill on a heated pan for 10 minutes over high heat.
In a bowl place rocket, cherry tomatoes and rest of olive oil, mix and serve in two dishes.
Slice steak into thin slices and place in serving dishes.
Sprinkle salad with Parmesan and each dish with Balsa mic cream.
