  • 200gr. organic feta cheese Minerva
  • 4 tomatoes
  • some organic kalamata olives
  • 1 pepper
  • 4 tbsps of organic extra virgin olive oil Minerva
  • oregano
  • basil
  • pizza dough

Step by step directions

Step 1

Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds.

Step 2

Cut into cubes and drain in a colander.

Step 3

Spread the tomatoes, feta (thickly cut), peppers and olives (after you have removed the seeds and cut them into rings) on the dough

Step 4

Sprinkle with oil, oregano and basil.

Step 5

Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
