Ingredients
- 4 bunches of rocket
- 150 gr. grated feta cheese
- 2 tblsp pine nuts
- 6 finely chopped sundried tomatoes
- ¼ chopped radicchio
Ingredients for Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 75 ml TOP Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tblsp sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 shallot
- 80 ml Horio Classic olive oil
- 150 ml sunflower oil
- Salt
- pepper
Step by step directions
Step 1
Lightly fry the fillet
Step 2
Cook for 2-3 minutes in 180°C oven.
Step 3
In a frying pan lightly fry the onion, the small tomatoes, the spinach and the rocket with P.D.O Kalamata extra virgin olive oil.
Step 4
Add seasoning and set up the dish in a round pan.
Step 5
First put the fillets and on top add the lightly fried vegetables.
