Sweet and sour pork fillets

- 2 fillet of chicken breasts, cut in pieces
- 3 medium onions cut in thin round slices
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp margarine with Greek extra virgin olive oil
Step by step directions
In a pot, melt the butter and saute the onion with the ground meat.
Add the long grain rice and continue cooking a little longer.
Add the chestnuts, pine nuts, and a dash of salt and pepper.
