Bass fish with spinach
Lunch or Dinner
- P.D.O Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- For 1 portion
- 2 bass fish fillets
- 4-5 small tomatoes
- 1 fresh onion
- P.D.O Kalamata extra virgin olive oil
- white wine
Step by step directions
Lightly fry the fillet.
Cook for 2-3 minutes in 180°C oven.
In a frying pan lightly fry the onion, the small tomatoes, the spinach and the rocket with P.D.O Kalamata extra virgin olive oil.
Add seasoning and set up the dish in a round pan.
First put the fillets and on top add the lightly fried vegetables.
