Ingredients

  • 1 kilo chicken breast
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp Minerva margarine with Greek olive oil
  • 3 tbsps Minerva extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 tbsps curry powder
  • 500 g creme fraiche
  • salt
  • pepper

Step by step directions

Step 1

Put Minerva extra virgin olive oil and Minerva margarine with Greek olive oil in a pot and add the onion cut in rings.

Step 2

Then add the chicken cut in cubes.

Step 3

When the chicken cubes turn white, add 2 cups water and let summer.

Step 4

Before all water evaporates, add the bell peppers cut in strips.

Step 5

When the chicken is completely done, add the creme fraiche, the curry and salt and pepper. Accompanied with white long grain rice.
