Grilled asparagus with
Anthotyro cheese

  • 10 asparagus
  • 200 gr. Anthotyro cheese
  • 3 tblsp Horio Classic olive oil
  • 20 ml TOP Balsamic Cream
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fennel
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Step by step directions

Step 1

Lightly fry the fillet

Step 2

Cook for 2-3 minutes in 180°C oven

Step 3

In a frying pan lightly fry the onion, the small tomatoes, the spinach and the rocket with P.D.O Kalamata extra virgin olive oil

Step 4

Add seasoning and set up the dish in a round pan

Step 5

First put the fillets and on top add the lightly fried vegetables
