Ingredients

  • P.D.O Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • For 1 portion
  • 2 bass fish fillets
  • spinach
  • rocket
  • 4-5 small tomatoes
  • 1 fresh onion
  • dill
  • P.D.O Kalamata extra virgin olive oil
  • white wine

Step by step directions

Step 1

Lightly fry the fillet.

Step 2

Cook for 2-3 minutes in 180°C oven.

Step 3

In a frying pan lightly fry the onion, the small tomatoes, the spinach and the rocket with P.D.O Kalamata extra virgin olive oil.

Step 4

Add seasoning and set up the dish in a round pan.

Step 5

First put the fillets and on top add the lightly fried vegetables.
